Is there a minimum order to use points?
Yes — points can be used on orders of $150 or more, after discounts and before tax and shipping. Points you convert from My Points become store credit held for an order that size; gift card balances are not affected.
Do my points expire?
They stay valid for 12 months from your last activity. Earning or redeeming resets the clock, and your exact date is shown on your My Points page.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
Yes. Points come off as their own discount, so they stack with a promotion unless that promotion says otherwise.
Do treatments earn points, or just skincare?
Both — and treatments earn 2×, so they add up faster.
What happens if I return something?
The points earned on that order are removed. If you have already spent them, we will not claw back the difference.
Do I need an account?
Yes — points are held against your account. If you check out as a guest there is nowhere to put them.
