Terms & Conditions

The membership is $189 per month for 12 months. It may be frozen for up to 3 months. You must provide 30 days' notice for cancellation, and there is a $200 cancellation fee.

This is an in-clinic treatment, so nothing ships. After purchase we'll be in touch to arrange your appointment dates, and a consultation confirms the treatment is right for you before we begin. If you need to move an appointment, let us know as early as you can and we'll find another time.
