Booking & appointments

This is an in-clinic treatment, so nothing ships. After purchase we'll be in touch to arrange your appointment dates, and a consultation confirms the treatment is right for you before we begin. If you need to move an appointment, let us know as early as you can and we'll find another time.

How it runs

From checkout to your last session.

Buy it, then book straight away

You can book your first appointment as soon as you have bought the package — there is no waiting period and no release date to work around. You pay once, up front, and there is nothing further to pay in clinic for all three visits.

We get in touch

We contact you within one business day to arrange your first appointment at a time that suits you.

Your first session

Your treating clinician confirms the plan with you at the start of the appointment, before anything begins.

Your second and third visits

Booked at times that suit you, within 12 months of the day you buy.

The fine print

What you are buying, in plain terms.

No surprises at the desk. If any of this is unclear before you buy, call us and ask.

Bookable now. Your first appointment can be booked the moment you buy. You are not waiting for a release date or a campaign window to open.

Use it within 12 months. Every session in this package needs to be used within 12 months of the day you buy it. Tell us if something comes up and we will do what we can.

We confirm it suits you on the day. Your clinician checks this package suits your skin at the start of your first appointment. If it does not, we will refund it in full or move you to something that does.

Transferable. You can give this package to someone else. Just tell us the name before their first appointment so we can move it across.

No other codes on top. The package price is already the discount, so it cannot be combined with other coupons, codes or promotions.
