About the formula and use
Which strength should I choose?
Retinol 1.0 is for skin already preconditioned with Retinol 0.5. If you're new to retinol, SkinCeuticals recommends starting with Retinol 0.3 to establish tolerance. Ask us if you're unsure.
Will it irritate my skin?
It's formulated to minimize the irritation commonly associated with retinol creams. Starting a few nights a week and avoiding irritated skin helps.
Is it right for me?
Retinol creams aren't recommended during pregnancy or if you're planning one. If you're breastfeeding, using prescription skincare, or unsure, ask us at checkout or book a complimentary consultation first.
