Good to know
Who can use WELCOME15?
New customers who make an account and sign up for emails. It works on your first order only; keep “Create an account” ticked at checkout and we set it up for you.
What does it cover?
Retail skincare. It does not apply to treatments, programs, sets, gift cards or items already on sale.
Can I use it with other codes?
One code per order, and it is not used on top of a sale code. During a sale the site shows the sale instead, and WELCOME15 comes back when the sale ends.
Do I still earn KSM Points and get a Discovery Set?
Yes. Your account starts with 500 KSM Points and earns more on every order, and a complimentary Discovery Set comes with skincare orders of $300 or more, counted after your discount.
When does it end?
There’s no end date for the 15% welcome offer at the moment. If that changes, this page will say so.
First order, new customers who join. Retail skincare only. Excludes treatments, programs, sets, gift cards and sale items. One code per order.
