Silymarin CF is a breakthrough vitamin C serum for oily and blemish-prone skin that combines 0.5% silymarin (milk thistle extract), 15% L-ascorbic acid, 0.5% ferulic acid, and 0.5% salicylic acid to help reduce excess oil and visible signs of aging. This oil-free formula reduces oiliness, refines skin texture, and visibly improves skin texture and fine lines.

This combination antioxidant serum is formulated under the Duke Antioxidant patent. Vitamin C is a highly potent antioxidant that, by its structure, has difficulty being effectively absorbed by skin. The Duke Antioxidant patent outlines the formulation parameters required for effective delivery of vitamin C to skin: pure L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); an acidic pH within the 2.0–3.5 range; and a concentration between 10%–20%.

Directions

Once in the morning after cleansing, place 4–5 drops in palm of hand. Using fingertips, apply to a dry face, neck, and chest.

Caution

If irritation occurs due to the concentration of vitamin C, space applications until skin is acclimated. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
